Kieron Freeman will remain at Notts County Football Club for the rest of the season.
The Nottingham Forest defender moved across the River Trent last month for an initial period of four weeks, and he has impressed at the League One club.
County have now secured the services of 19-year-old Freeman for the remainder of the season, as confirmed by a delighted manager Martin Allen.
“He is a good player. He is a great lad. He can play anywhere, he is totally adaptable,” he said. “All I need to do is just look in his eyes to see what he is about."
