Aaron Mclean is a target for Birmingham City Football Club.

The 26-year-old striker is eager to leave Peterborough United this month, after being dropped for the Championship clash with Newcastle united in November.

Mclean was furious with the axe for what he described the biggest game of his career, and a written transfer request has been accepted by Posh, who want £3million for his signature.

According to The Sun, Alex McLeish is willing to take a chance on the former Grays Athletic forward, who has scored six goals for the struggling London Road side this season.
