Posh closing on new goalkeeper
11:30 AM 14 June, 2012
Peterborough United Football Club are closing on a new goalkeeper.

Signing a new number one is a priority for Darren Ferguson this summer, having lost Paul Jones to Crawley Town and Joe Lewis to Cardiff City.

The Posh manager has set his sights on a deal for Robert Olejnik, and Sky Sports claim the Championship side have had an offer accepted for the Torquay United man.

The 25-year-old, a product of Aston Villa’s youth academy, was named in the League Two side of the year last season, having helped the Gulls reach the play-offs.
