Reports on Friday suggest that Ipswich Town forward Danny Haynes could be the subject of a club record offer from Home Park.

With Pilgrims fan waiting to see how the recent takeover of the club impacts on and off the field, early signs are encouraging, with reports of a £1m bid for 21-year-old Haynes and the scrapping of the £2 matchday surcharge.

"We're listening to the fans and I'm sure from what I've heard that they are as keen to get involved in taking Argyle to the next level as we are," director Keith Todd told The Herald.

Striker Steve MacLean meanwhile is being linked with a move to Aberdeen.
