Etuhu could get Bradford City chance
10:30 AM 15 May, 2012
Kelvin Etuhu is being eyed by Bradford City Football Club.

The 23-year-old joined Portsmouth on a short-term deal in January, and he went on to make 13 appearances for a side which was relegated from the Championship.

Pompey’s financial problems mean they were unable to offer the midfield player a fresh deal, and so he is now looking for a new club ahead of next season.

It is believed League Two side Bradford are interested in offering Etuhu a contract, and manager Phil Parkinson could make his move in the coming days.

There is far too much of a critical mass in this nroohboehigd for any one use of that size to have a noticeable effect on land value one way or the other.I would rather look at it by saying that the market has already adjusted for this risk. The people who rent (or buy, I don't know if this is rental or a condo) in this building do so with the knowledge of what sorts of things go on outside the building, and have already decided that they were willing to pay the price being asked to live in those conditions.I think that the more interesting question is how the market would respond to the elimination of this risk. We could possibly predict some of this by looking at prices for apartments that might not have eliminated some other risks; for example, how would rents compare between a building that had 24 7 security and one that had no security at all? Clearly this would depend somewhat on the perceived need for the security, but from the way you've described your nroohboehigd I'd expect that most people would think it was needed.Taking this a bit further in the other direction, suppose that you lived in an apartment building in a nroohboehigd in which the external threats were considered sufficiently small so as to place minimal requirements on building security in this building you of course have a lock on the door to your apartment but anyone can walk in and take the elevator to whatever floor and walk up to that door without scrutiny. How do you think that the residents of this building would respond to a plan that would result in a sudden increase in the threat level say the plan would bring in, to the building next door, a new, transient population of people who have demonstrated antisocial behavior in the past? Do you think it would matter to the residents if someone promised them that these new people would voluntarily confine themselves to that building next door?
