Keith Treacy is set to join Preston North End Football Club on loan.

The 21-year-old winger has already impressed on loan at Sheffield United earlier this season, before returning to Sam Allardyce’s squad at Ewood Park.

The Rovers boss is keen to loan the player back out again so he can get regular first team football, and Darren Ferguson is set to keep him in Lancashire.

It is believed that North End will take Treacy for the rest of the season, as they look to make a late bid to steal a place in the play-off positions.
