Sone Aluko insists he wants to remain at Rangers Football Club.

The 23-year-old only joined the Gers last tear on a short-term contract which expires in the summer, and Spanish side Rayo Vallecano are interested in signing him.

Of course, the Ibrox giants are in administration and this means all their players face uncertain futures, but Aluko insists he would rather stay where he is.

"I don't know where people get the stories linking me with other teams because it's laughable,” he told the Daily Record. "I haven't spoken to any other club.

"I've had a good season here so I won't be panicked into thinking about the summer. Of course, I'd rather be playing SPL football with Rangers next season."
