Dorin Goian has revealed he wants to quit Rangers.

The Ibrox giants will be playing in the third division of Scottish football next season, as a result of their financial problems which have blighted their recent history.

Goian has now revealed that he aims to quit the club, and his agent has already set the wheels in motion to find him a new employer.

"I am not playing at the fourth level - there's no question of that,” said the defender. "I am on my way back and I will meet the president of the club and I will learn more.

"My agent has already spoken with other teams but nothing has been agreed yet. I would have stayed if it was the First Division - but not this."
