Bristol City Football Club have signed Kalifa Cisse on an undisclosed fee.

Robins manager Steve Coppell is clearly a huge fan of the player, having initially signed him for Reading from Portuguese outfit Boavista in the summer of 2007.

Cisse struggled to make an impact with the Royals last season and only featured nineteen times, the last of which came against Sheffield United in January.

The midfielder, who can also play in the heart of the back four, has now linked with again with Coppell at Ashton Gate, where he has penned a two-year contract.
