23-year-old forward Tom Pope has left Crewe Alexandra and joined Rotherham in a £150,000 deal.

"Tom has agreed terms on a deal with us and we are looking forward to seeing him action when pre-season starts next month," Millers' chief operating officer Paul Douglas told the club's official website after securing the former non-league star on a three-year deal.

"I believe the signing of Tom is proof of this clubs undoubted ambition to challenge with the top teams in the division.

"We are very pleased to have signed him and I am sure he will be a real hit with our supporters."
