Izzy Iriekpen's short-term stay at Ashton Gate may be extended this summer.

Signed from Scunthorpe United in January on a deal until the end of the season, the former West Ham youngster impressed manager Gary Johnson during the latter part of the season.

"We're talking to him about a deal, and he'll have to pass a stringent medical," Johnson told the official club website.
