Sheffield United Football Club are keen on taking Nyron Nosworthy.

The 29-year-old defender is down the pecking order for places in the Sunderland side, and Steve Bruce is willing to let him leave on loan.

Nosworthy has fallen further behind since the arrival of Matthew Kilgallon, and ironically, he could now be replacing the same player at Bramall Lane.

Reports suggest the Blades are keen on discussing a loan deal with the Stadium of Light club, as they look to clinch promotion to the Premier League.
