Coventry City Football Club have completed the signings of Richard Wood and Chris Hussey.

Wood has been on loan from Sheffield Wednesday and Hussey from AFC Wimbledon, but Chris Coleman has now revealed both have signed permanent deals with the club.

"Richard Wood has always been a target for me ever since I arrived at Coventry so I'm delighted we now have him,” Coleman told the official Sky Blues website.

"He is one of the best defenders in the Championship as his performances for us to date have shown. Chris Hussey is, in my opinion, the best left-back in the Conference.

"In Chris we feel we have got someone who is going to turn into a very good player, it's all in front of him and we are looking forward to continually working with him."
