Crystal Palace youngster Nathaniel Pinney is joining Dagenham and Redbridge on a short-term loan deal.
Eagles boss George Burley told the Croydon Advertiser: "I think it's a great move for the boy.
"He's got lots of potential but we feel he needs some first-team football. The experience of playing regularly in League One - a very competitive division - will be excellent for his development."
