Matt Jarvis is a major target for Stoke City Football Club.

The 25-year-old still has three years left on his contract at Wolverhampton Wanderers, but he is likely to leave Molineux should, as is likely, they be relegated this season.

According to the Daily Star, Tony Pulis has made the England international a top target for his Stoke squad, and is prepared to pay £6million for his signature.
