Stoke City Football Club are thought to be closing on Dickson Etuhu.

The 30-year-old has been at Fulham since the summer of 2008, and he has clocked up 91 Premier League appearances including 22 last season.

Etuhu remains under contract at Craven Cottage for another two years, but it is believed he is keen to move on this summer to gain regular first team action.

Tony Pulis is prepared to offer the Nigerian international midfielder this at Stoke, and he is believed to be close to agreeing a £1.5million deal for his signature.
