Doyle unfazed by Everton, Sunderland links
Mick McCarthy insists Kevin Doyle is unfazed by speculation linking him with a transfer.
The Republic of Ireland international has scored six goals for Premier League strugglers Wolverhampton Wanderers this season, following a £6.5million move from Reading.
This has reportedly caught the attention of Everton and Sunderland, but Molineux boss McCarthy insists the 26-year-old is unfazed by the speculation.
“Speculation does not bother me and it will not bother Doyley. He will just get on with his job like he always has done," McCarthy said. "I don't think it will interfere with his performances at all.
“It is just part and parcel of football. It is kind of flattering but you just get on with your job. Kevin has been excellent for us since he came here and proved to be worth every penny we spent on him."
