Tottenham Hotspur Football Club look almost certain to win the race for Sandro.

Harry Redknapp has been in the market for the Brazilian midfielder for some time, but he saw a winter move for the 21-year-old collapse during the winter.

Fiorentina and Internazionale have since joined the race for Sandro’s signature, but it looks as though Spurs have come to an agreement with Internacional for the player.

"It has been possible since last year and now we are set to realise it," Inter president Vitorio Piffero told Radio Guaiba. "We are concluding the contract, but nothing is signed yet and we have to wait."
