Jean-Michael Aulas doubts Tottenham Hotspur’s interest in Hugo Lloris.
Andre Villas-Boas has been heavily linked with a move for the France international, who he is thought to see as the eventual successor to Brad Friedel in goal.
However, Lyon are determined to keep hold of Lloris for next season, and president Aulas doubts Tottenham are really serious about signing the 25-year-old.
"I don't think they really want him,” he said. "He will stay at Lyon unless he absolutely wants to go. The best present we can give to the fans is finding a way to keep him.”
