Robert Snodgrass wants the Whites to go into the play-offs in top form, starting with a win over Tranmere Rovers on Saturday.
Victory at Elland Road would all but confirm Leeds place in the top six and Snodgrass told the Yorkshire Evening Post: "The first job is to get ourselves into the play-offs and then to make sure we're in perfect shape when we get there.
"That means good performances in all of the last three games.
"When you're getting close to the end of the season, you want the play-offs to start tomorrow but they'll come round soon enough and we need to use these few weeks to put more points on the board and get ourselves ready."
