The 22-year-old Scotland international is rated by many as the best talent in the Championship, where he is currently leading West Bromwich Albion’s promotion bid.

A number of Premier League clubs have already been linked with the midfielder, formerly of Livingston, including Arsenal and Aston Villa.

However, according to the Sun, it is David Moyes and the Toffees who are leading the race for Dorrans, who is rated at £6million by the Baggies.
