Keith Andrews could be heading to Aston Villa Football Club.

The midfielder joined West Bromwich Albion in January on a free transfer from Blackburn Rovers, where he had fallen out of favour under Steve Kean.

Andrews signed a short-term deal at the Hawthorns, and as this is due to expire next month, it has been suggested that Villa hope to lure him ahead of next season.

The Baggies still hope to persuade the Republic of Ireland international to sign a new deal, but the 31-year-old could be tempted by the lure of Villa Park.
