Wolverhampton forced to end Hunt interest
Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club have been forced to end their interest in Stephen Hunt.
Mick McCarthy’s side have failed with three offers for the Hull City in January, and a fourth and final bid of £5million was also rejected on deadline day.
A statement on the Tigers' official website read: "In response to further released speculation, the club have received a verbal offer of £5million for Stephen Hunt.
"This has been completely rejected and we are not expecting any further bids."
