Capacity: 21,000 (roughly)
Ticket Information: http://www.fulhamfc.co.uk
Pricing: From £16 to £35
Parking: Unless you have some kind of residents permit or enough money to pay for parking fines don't bother. Normand Park school does have parking put on but it really is better to use public transport.
Nearest Train Station: Putney Bridge. The walk to the ground from Putney Bridge is commonly described as the best walk to a football ground in the country. It's about 10 to 15 minutes to walk depending on if you're late for the match or not. Turn left out of the station and go down Ranelagh Gardens. Just before the Eight Bells turn left into Willow Bank, and through underpass into Bishops Park. Then enjoy the walk alongside the Thames as you approach the ground.

Okay so you really do want to travel by car?

Exit M25 at junction 15 (s/p M4 Heathrow terminals 1,2,3 London (W) onto the M4 eastbound. Remain on the M4, which becomes the A4, following signs to central London for 10.4 miles to Hogarth roundabout.
Here, take the second exit (s/p central London, Hammersmith, A4) remain on the A4, passing the Griffin (Fullers) Brewery. At the Hammersmith flyover junction after 1.1 miles keep in left hand lane and exit the A4 (s/p Hammersmith (A306, A313,A219)
Follow signs to Oxford (A40) for 0.3 miles to T-Junction in front of Hayes accountants personal. This is the Hammersmith roundabout. Continue round roundabout for 0.3 miles to where road runs underneath and parallel to the A4 and turn left (s/p alternative route via Putney Bridge) into Fulham Palace Road.
Go straight on for 1.3 miles, and turn right into Bishops Park Road, which leads round to the ground.

The interesting stuff!

Where shall I plonk meeself?

Unless you are a season ticket holder it is becoming increasingly difficult to get ticket for the games. However the Worthington Cup was put on this earth to allow those less fortunate a chance to see live football. If you are lucky enough to have a pick of seats here is a rough idea of what to expect in each stand. Please note that I have always been a Hammersmith End lad so if any contributors want to add anything about The Putney or Stevenage Road Ends please feel free.

Hammersmith End

Behind the goal with the Thames on your right hand side (unless you are standing with your back to the action) and usually the end that Fulham attack in the second half. On the left hand side (if facing the pitch) you get a congregation of the loudest singers, the man with a big drum and the general Fulham loudmouths. This is The Green Pole, called because there is a big green pole holding the roof up! If you want plenty of banter, singing and fancy shouting at the opposing fans this is the place for you. If you still fancy singing and the like but want to be able to chill a little more then The Hammersmith End is still fine for you just situate yourself on the right hand side.

Oh yeah and don't forget it's terracing and still 100% standing! Watch out when Fulham score because it sometimes gets a little rowdy! Nothing like it!

Disabled area

There is a raised disabled area in the Hammersmith End which means nobody can obscure the view. St Johns Ambulance are also in attendance.

Riverside End

Shall we sing a song for you?

The Riversiders is where you'll find Sven Goran Erikkson, Chairman Mo and even Michael Jackson! It's for the 'intelligent' fan who likes to watch his/her football with a thermos and blanket with a huge wad of money in the back pocket. Okay so this isn't totally true, but most Hammersmith fans would love to hear them get a bit more passionate about the action. They sit with their backs to the Thames, they have a lovely roof and it's 100% seating.

Putney End.

All standing, no roof and behind the goal, you can understand why The Hammersmith End has sold out of season tickets. The Putney End has been used for away fans for many years but this year with fears of crowd trouble the away fans were moved to the Stevenage stand. This means that Fulham fans surround the players tunnel and greet the team as they run out onto the pitch. The atmosphere there still has to get better, but as most people on the terrace aren't yet used to their surroundings it'll take a while for the banter to really raise itself.

Craven Cottage

This is situated in the corner of the ground between The Stevenage 7 The Putney Ends. It's a lovely building but not lovely enough to warrant us all enjoying the fact that we're known as Cottagers!

Stevenage Road End

Partly seating and no smoking due to the wooden stands. The Press also sit here. The Stevenage Road End is perfect for family's and this is where the family's enclosure is found. It's split about two thirds Fulham one third opposition. The opposition are stuck between The Hammersmith End and the rest of The Stevenage Road End. The Stevenage Road End has lots of excellent banter and 'H" Block is renowned for it's vocal support. However you do still get a mix of people who want to shout out and others who are happier enjoying watching the team in silence. Neither are right but that doesn't stop them moaning at each other!

Can we eat here every week?

No. Which is a good thing. The food is standard fare at expensive prices. There are burger stalls situated throughout the ground and each one offers the usual burger, chips, hot dog etc etc. We did experiment with healthier eating, curries and chili with rice but it never really caught on! Outside the ground you can check out Munster Road, Fulham Palace Road or Fulham Broadway for a wide selection of cosy cafes or risque restaurants. Check out Havana's in Fulham Broadway for superb food, good Salsa music and beautiful people! Best of all, if you want the nicest chips you have ever tasted, go to Golden Fry Fish Bar on Fulham Palace Road. I cannot praise this place enouugh, and it is a must before or after a game.

You only drink when you're winning, losing, drawing..........

The Golden Lion - you need membership cards which are available if you can produce a season ticket or any other form of Fulham supporting ID!!!

The Crabtree - The nearest pub to the ground with food and drink available. Away fans are also welcome and with a large beer garden and spacious lounge it should just be possible to get a drink and enjoy it before the game. Beware though the queue for the bar can sometimes be ridiculous.

The Pharaoh & Firkin - Another home pub with large areas for celebrating/crying after the matches. You'll need to prove your affiliation if busy, a bit more relaxed when empty!

Fulham is full of pubs! You can find them out for yourself!

Fulham Football Club has always had a tradition of being a friendly club and this is how we like it. You'll not hear racism nor see violence and most of the banter is incredibly good natured. Get yourself down for a game and let yourself in to the biggest secret in London.

We like - winning, turning to each other with eyes wide in disbelief, when someone hits the ball into the Thames, 'dodgy keepers', Brighton FC, Chairman Mo's generosity and Mr Fulham, Simon Morgan.

We don't like - Chelsea, QPR, Brentford & Gillingham. That's about it really.
