The Ground
Tynecastle consists of three new stands (Gorgie, Wheatfield and Roseburn) and one old stand (Main). The Main Stand was built between 1914 and 1919 while the Wheatfield, Roseburn and Gorgie stands were built in 1994, 1995 and 1997 respectively. While the Main Stand is older and in some ways less comfertable tickets are cheaper there and the atmosphere is considered by some to be better. The only stand that away support are allowed into is the Roseburn.
