BY RAIL
To Leeds City Station from KingsX, Manchester etc.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU GET THERE
Leeds City - Very lively, lots of bars/cafes/fast food near station. Major shops for the sad or henpecked supporter.
Near Ground - Not much - few pubs in walking distance & those are very busy, not much else, few shops etc.
Pubs
Old Peacock
Opposite ground main entrance - gets VERY busy
Drysalters – Along Elland Road (with ground on right) half mile or so.
The Whistlestop, Beeston – Walk up hill at traffic lights opposite Billy Bremner statue.
(Top of hill above ground)
Food
United Fisheries – Good stuff but very busy.
Opposite ground main entrance
Food & Drink inside ground - OK but not wonderful
Away Supporters
Away supporters are normally in South - East corner. (Nearest to Billy Bremner statue)
Neutrals may well be sold tickets to East stand - the very high new stand. This is OK low down in family area but high up it's a lo----------------------ng way away from the action and one hell of a climb – no lifts. Avoid if at all possible & take binoculars if no choice.
