28-6-10: Kirk Hudson has linked up with Brentford following his departure from Aldershot.
The striker, 23, was offered fresh terms by the Shots last month as his contract with the club came to an end.
But he has now signed for Brentford on a two-year deal and will be playing in League One rather than League Two this season.
However, the two clubs are still in talks over the transfer fee as he is under 24 and, if a mutual agreement cannot be reached, the fee will be decided by a tribunal.
