Rochdale manager Keith Hill has clinched the signature of Will Atkinson on a one-month loan from Hull City. 5-1-11: Hull winger Will Atkinson is joining Rochdale on loan, leaving Rotherham dismayed at the wide man's decision. "We are disappointed that Will has had this last-minute change of heart, but he has decided to join Rochdale where he had a successful time last season in helping them to promotion to League One," said Rotherham chief operating officer Paul Douglas. Rotherham boss Ronnie Moore had already waxed lyrical about Atkinson's contribution on loan so far this season and was expecting more of the same. "He brings something a bit different. He has that bit of pace, he is cute and clever," said Moore. "He should get himself more goals and we are pleased to have him here until the end of the season." Now Rochdale are looking forward to sampling Atkinson's pace, cleverness and goals.
