20-5-10: Arsenal youngster Luke Ayling is to join Yeovil Town permanently after spending time on loan with the League One outfit.
The 18-year-old finished the campaign with the Glovers, making one league start and three substitute appearances for Terry Skiverton's side.
Ayling is now expected to undertake a medical at Yeovil ahead of joining his new team-mates for pre-season training in July.
The youngster was an important part of Arsenal's double-winning youth side in 08/09 as the team won the FA Youth Cup and Premier Academy League.
He was highly regarded at Emirates Stadium but has now departed in search of regular first-team football.
Ayling, who put pen to paper on his first professional contract in the summer after an outstanding season for the Under-18s and Reserves, played every minute of the Gunners' victorious FA Youth Cup run and made nine appearances for Neil Banfield's second string in 2008/09.
London-born Ayling, who has made three appearances for the Reserves this season, joined Arsenal at the age of 10 and has progressed steadily through the ranks of the Arsenal's academy system.
Earlier this season, Ayling made his breakthrough for the first-team, when he was named in the squad, being an unused substitute for the UEFA Champions League match in Athens against Olympiacos in December.
