13-8-10: Hull City have confirmed the signing of Slovenia international midfielder Robert Koren. Koren had been the target of a number of Championship clubs but the Tigers appear to have led the chase throughout. And manager Nigel Pearson has swooped to sign the 29-year-old, who has penned a two-year deal with the Tigers. The contract will also offer the option of a third year for both parties should Koren impress during Hull's Championship campaign. The Slovenia international, who captained his country at the World Cup finals in South Africa this summer, will go straight into the squad for City's visit to Millwall on Saturday.
