21-1-11: Rangers have agreed a £400k deal with Bursaspor which will see Kenny Miller line up for to the Turkish champions.
The Scotland striker said: "I'm very happy to be here.
"The priority is to make sure we win the title and hopefully I can play a part in doing that and getting back into the Champions League."
Rangers were hoping Miller would agree a switch to Birmingham, as they were offering £1.1m, but the reported wage offer of £50k per week tax-free from Buraspor held sway over the Scot.
