Bolton Wanderers Football Club could have Ricardo Gardner available for Saturday.

Gardner limped out of the 1-0 loss at Portsmouth last weekend with a hamstring injury, but Gary Megson is hopeful the 30-year-old player will be fit to face Aston Villa on Saturday.

"We'll see for this Saturday but it might come a little too quickly,” he told the official club site. "He has been terrific, he really has been top drawer. He's been moved into the middle of the park and has done really well.

"He has had his best goalscoring season and his qualities on the ball and his pace have been a big plus for us. We'll be disappointed if he isn't available for Saturday."
