Robinson faces uncertain Blackburn Rovers future
Paul Robinson could be on his way out of Blackburn Rovers after just a season.
The England international ended his Tottenham Hotspur misery in the summer, when Paul Ince signed him for his Ewood Park squad in a deal worth around £3million.
However, it has been reported in Spain that Sam Allardyce, who replaced Ince following a poor Premier League start, is closing on a deal for Espanyol number one Carlos Kameni.
This has placed a huge question mark over the future of Robinson, who is eager for regular football next season so he can force his way into Fabio Capello’s World Cup 2010 squad.
