Peterborough eye Championship challenge
12:00 PM 28 April, 2009
Peterborough chairman Darragh McAnthony is not looking for his club to rest on their laurels next season.

Peterborough clinched promotion at the weekend but McAnthony is not looking to consolidate after back-to back promotions.

"I love it when a plan comes together and I never had any doubt that we had the manager, the players and the staff in place to win back-to-back promotions."

"It's a great feeling to be in charge of a Championship club, but we are not going there to make up the numbers.

"I want a top 10 finish next season and then it's an all-out attack to reach the Premier League."

"But this squad can only get better. The average age is 23. By the time they`re about 25 they`ll be playing Premier League football, no doubt about it. Our target for getting into the top flight is within three years. I think that`s realistic."
