Antoine Sibierski is not going to be short of offers if he leaves Wigan Athletic in the summer.

The Frenchman is waiting to discover if the Latics will renew his contract when it expires at the end of the season, but his agent is sure the player will have a number of offers if he is released.

“Antoine's deal expires in the summer and he could be offered a new contract," Willie McKay told skysports.com. "We are waiting to see what Wigan Athletic have planned and we will take it from there.

"If he does leave I am sure there will be no shortage of takers for Antoine. He is a fit lad and at this stage of his career he just wants to be playing regularly and he has not been able to do that at Wigan this season.

"Antoine is a very clever player and he can play in up to five positions if need be. If he leaves Wigan I am sure he could do a good job for any team whether it be in the Premier League or Championship."
