Arsenal player ratings: Rome or ruins?

As Arsenal prepare for the Champions League second leg semi-final versus Man Utd, Henry Winter of the Daily Telegraph describes it as 'Rome or ruins?'

Judging by the Old Trafford performance, you'd have to predict ruins.

Here are my ratings:
Almunia 9: England's should-be number one acquitted himself well.

Sagna 6: Not at his best, a familiar story this season.

Toure 7: Quite solid.

Silvestre 8: Determined not to be undone by his old team-mates.

Gibbs 8: What a revelation! Apart from a dodgy backpass was unfazed by United's wing play.

Walcott 4: Didn't hardly touch the ball. But was it his fault, or should the supply line be blamed? Or should Le Boss have played him upfront?

Song 7: Made some good tackles and hassled well.

Fabregas 6: Hit the target with one shot, but too many stray passes.

Diaby 5: Proved his incredibly adept at being tripped up by the ball.

Nasri 6: Tackled back well, but couldn't play his natural game.

Adebayor 4: Didn't make a significant contribution.

SUBS:
Bendtner 6: His efforts made a difference and with a better header he might have equalised.

Eduardo n/a: Not on long enough to be rated.

TRY THIS count how many times Diaby lost the ball compared to FAB... By no means was that a good performance by a GOONER bt be serious, 8, AND 7 for Toure and Silvestre? Did you watch the talks after the game finished???? Professionals showed video highlights of their bad defence. Gibbs was ok and sagna was ok FULL STOP!!! Nasri was in invinsible apart from a few funs deep in his own half to the 40 yard mark and for walcott need a say a word? Fab couldnt get a foot-hold in the game. However one valuation i agreed whole-heartly was song he really gave it his ll albeit it was our night his performance was postive, aong with Sagna and Gibbs. I would love to read your intake on my comments becuase its not a bashing just my opinion of how I saw the game.
