Everton Football Club boss David Moyes has full confidence in Joseph Yobo.

The Nigerian is expected to step in for the crocked Phil Jagielka in the FA Cup final against Chelsea later this month, and Moyes fully expects him to serve the Toffees cause well.

"He was out with a hamstring injury for three or four weeks but I think Yobo has missed very few games," said Moyes. "I think if you look at the games we've played Yobo has played a lot of games.

"You certainly cannot go through the season with only two centre-backs or two centre-forwards. Joe has played a big part of the season already so I don't think him coming into the team is that big news.”
