Moussa Dembele is a target for Chelsea Football Club.

The Belgian international forward is currently plying his trade in Holland for champions AZ Alkmaar, but his agent has revealed a host of clubs, including Juventus and the Blues, want him.

Patrick Vervoort, told Tuttomercatoweb: "I can confirm that Juventus has followed him on several occasions, as well as Fiorentina, Inter Milan, Chelsea and Sevilla."

Dembele, 21-years-old, joined AZ in the summer of 2006 from Dutch rivals Willem II, and he has scored 18 times in 86 Eredivisie appearances for the club.
