Boca Juniors midfielder Sebastian Battaglia is expected to move on loan to the Premier League or Serie A this summer.

Lazio are leading the chase for the former Villareal man, according to some reports, whereas others have mentioned Arsenal, Liverpool and Spurs.

"If Lazio want him we will talk about it again. There could be a financial agreement with Boca and the player," one of Battaglia's representatives, Martin Guastadisegno, said.

"Battaglia would like very much to play in Italy, so we will see if we can resolve the transaction. He wants to return to Europe. He is currently Boca's most important player.

"There isn't a precise fee on Battaglia and there are even English teams also interested so an offer is necessary and then after that we can discuss his price."
