Midfielder Sam Saunders and striker Ben Strevens are both out of contract at Dagenham and attracting interest from a host of clubs.
The pair have been linked with Huddersfield Town and Exeter City, and was wanted by Wycombe Wanderers and Brentford boss Andy Scott has signalled his intentions.
Scott told told the Hounslow Chronicle: "Both players did very well last season and I am interested in them. I have spoken to their agents, so we'll see what happens.
"Other clubs will be interested, but I'd like to think that when I show them what we are doing here they will see a move to Brentford is beneficial to both sides.
"With Charlie MacDonald possibly out for the start of the season we need to improve our strike rate from the right wing, and it's no secret we struggled there at times last season."
