Bolton Wanderers Football Club are closing on Sean Davis.

Since losing Kevin Nolan to Newcastle United in January Gary Megson has been looking for a replacement, and he tried to lure Davis during the last window.

Out of contract at Portsmouth next month, the 29-year-old midfielder has reportedly already held talks with the Whites and a summer switch looks increasingly likely.
