Sean Davis admits he will leave Portsmouth Football Club this summer.

The midfielder is out of contract at Fratton Park and is expected to join Bolton Wanderers, and this appears more likely now he has ruled out staying with Pompey.

"I have not spoken to Portsmouth since I was sick on the last day of the season,” Davis, who has made over 100 appearances for the South Coast club, told The News.

"To be honest, I have given up worrying about what Portsmouth say or do. I enjoyed my time there, but it is time for a fresh challenge."
