09:25 PM 21 June, 2009
Andrey Arshavin admits he would like to return to Zenit St Petersburg to end his career.

The Russian international left Zenit for Arsenal in a January transfer worth around £12million, but he admits he wants to eventually return to his former club.

"I played for Zenit for a long time and now I want to play abroad and then return to St Petersburg to finish off my career there," he told Radio Zenit.

Arshavin spent nine years at the Russian club, winning the Premier League, the Russian Cup and the Uefa Cup during this period.

I think that is a wise decision to end up your career in your former club but i would rather advice to concentrate at this moment on your current club and show a great commitment. Good luck!

AA sale price to AFC was 16.9 million quid. If the author can't get his facts correct how can you trust the rest of this irrelevant article?
