Blackpool manager Ian Holloway is set to make Billy Clarke his first signing after agreeing terms with the striker, released by Ipswich Town.

The deal is subjetc to a medical but Clarke has agreed a two-year deal with an option for a third.

21-year old Clarke impressed on-loan at three different clubs last season, Darlington, Northampton and League Two champions Brentford.
