Big decision pending for Blackpool target
10:02 PM 30 June, 2009
Charlie Adam faces a crucial stage of his career as he weighs up who he will be playing for next season.

Barnsley, Reading and Preston want the midfielder, as well as Blackpool where he starred last season on loan, but Adam has not given up on his dream of breaking back into the Rangers side.

"I still have three years left on my contract at Ibrox and, ideally, I'd love to see that out," said the 23-year-old, quoted in the Blackpool Gazette.

"I worked really hard to earn myself the five-year deal I signed in 2007, so I'm not about to do anything rash that I might regret.

"At the moment, I'm only thinking about being as fit as possible when Rangers restart training on July 9."
