I am going to be pilloried for saying this but I never liked that man in our jersey. There is something malodorantly Chelski about him. I know he has been our best defender but I just dont like him even if he scored against them when we met at Emirates a year ago. He is a very bad influence in the dressing room where he barely speak to anyone except Clichy. He is also very reader of the game who relies on his speed and power. With age starting to show its effects, I would sell him to the first buyer. That he is wanted by Villa is not a testament of his class but desperation of the mentioned club.
