Greg Halford has completed his transfer to Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club.

The Premier League new-boys have agreed an undisclosed fee with Sunderland for the defender, who has inked a three-year deal at Molineux with the option of a further year.

"I'm really excited about moving down to Wolves," Halford told the club's official website. "It is going to be an exciting season for the club going into the Premier League.

“Hopefully we can push on and establish ourselves in the division. Wolves are obviously a big club and all the plans are in place for Wolves to really establish themselves."
