Florent Malouda insists he has never felt happier at Chelsea Football Club, as he plans to make amends for last season by landing the UEFA Champions League.
The France international had a poor debut season in England which ended with misery in Moscow against Manchester United, but he is determined to make up for it this term.
"With Lyon I reached the quarter-finals, last year we reached the final and unfortunately lost,” Malouda told the official club site. “This time we hope to do our best, to reach the final and this time win it.
"I feel very good, now I can say I am really back from injury because my knee is okay and I am really fit. I am happy, I always wanted to play for this club and win something here.
"Last year was my first in England, I had to adapt and now I feel I am really integrated in this team, the club and I feel like I have always been here."
