Faubert happy to West Ham United
12:19 PM 19 July, 2009
Julien Faubert is happy at West Ham United, although he faces an uncertain future.

The France international joined the Hammers in the summer of 2007 for £6million, but he endured an injury-riddled start to his career in England.

Last season he spent the second half of the campaign on loan at Real Madrid, but he is now back at Upton Park although he admits he is unsure if he has a future with the club.

"I'm happy to be back at West Ham. Madrid was a good experience, a big club and the training was very good like it is here,” said Faubert.

"But I am happy to come back to West Ham. It is my third year and maybe I will stay, maybe I won't. I will try to do my best and we'll see what happens."

I hope he does stay, I think he could be the next Thierry Henry, played in the right positions and not right back. I really hope Luis Boa Morte goes rather than Faubert.
