Hull City hopeful over Zamora offer
10:45 AM 23 July, 2009
Hull City Football Club have offered a contract to Bobby Zamora.

The Tigers, who have missed out on a string of strikers this summer, had an offer of £5million accepted for the Fulham star last week.

Manager Phil Brown has now revealed that he has held discussions with Zamora, who has been offered a contract to move to the KC Stadium.

"I spoke to Bobby and he was well received,” he told the Hull Daily Mail.

“I had a few hours with him and it was all positive. He's gone back and he's got a lot to think about. Hopefully, from our point of view it will be a good return."
